4. Chargeback and Dispute Resolution
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent billing disputes or bad-faith chargebacks. If you notice a double-billing error or an administrative bug on your profile, do not open a formal bank dispute. Contact our support desk at support@pakistanileila.com first. We resolve legitimate payment discrepancies or duplicate processing glitches within 24 to 48 business hours. Unauthorized or bad-faith bank chargebacks will result in the immediate permanent banning of your IP address, email, and user account from our system.
